REQUIREMENTS

ALL dogs are required to wear a quick release collar. No pinch or training collars, and enter and leave the facility on leash.
Dogs must be fully vaccinated (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Influenza) and have a clean fecal plus Giardia test. (We offer a 5 day grace period on expired vaccines/fecal test). It is your responsibility to get us your pup’s updated records. You can bring in paperwork from your vet or email it over. (Influenza vaccines is a two part shot, the first shot is fine to get started with us. Your vet will schedule the booster shot 2-3 weeks out).
Dogs must be spayed or neutered if over 7 months old.
Dogs between the ages of 4 months - 7 months old - your requirements are the same as above - however, you do receive a different set of influenza vaccines and your pup doesn’t need to be spayed or neutered until 7 months.
All dogs must be on flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. NO FLEA COLLARS. To help ensure all dogs are safe from fleas and ticks. (One flea outbreak and we have to close down and clean!)
All dogs must pass a behavioral test and attend a free first day before scheduling future daycare or boarding.
AGREEMENTS

My dog will wear a quick release collar and enter and leave the facility on leash.
I will respect drop-off and pick-up times and will call if I’m running late.
I will inform the daycare team of any behavioral or health changes.
I will complete all overnight stay forms for my pup(s) before drop-off.
Any medication will be clearly labeled with dog’s name, breed, and instructions.
To help ensure all dogs are safe from fleas and ticks, I agree to staying on top of flea and tick preventatives. (One flea outbreak and we have to close down and clean!).
If my dog is showing signs of kennel cough or has been around a dog that has been coughing, I will let daycare know and will check in with my vet. Dogs are required to complete antibiotics and get clearance from their vet before returning to daycare. (Signs of kennel cough: dry hack, coughing - you’ll hear this when on leash while eating and drinking. Kennel cough is tricky! The cough comes and goes).
Daycare is for play and socialization. It is not our responsibility to fix unwanted behavior. If there are behaviors you would like to work on, we have a trainer we can connect you with.
If there are any email address or phone number changes, or you need us to update your emergency contact (who needs to be local), please let us know. We want to be sure we can contact you.
LATE PICK-UP POLICY

We will give you until 5 minutes after closing at no charge (7:05 PM M–F and 5:05 PM on Saturday), then you will be charged: $1.00 per minute if you are late. Five minutes after the hour, the lobby will be locked. Please call when you arrive and we will bring your pup out.
If your dog is not picked up within an hour of closing, they will get transferred to overnight care. $80.00 for a 24-hour period. Of course, we will check their food restrictions in our database and make sure they are fed dinner and breakfast – we have in-house food.
To keep our team and all of our furry clients safe, we keep our lobby locked 5 minutes after closing until opening hours the next day. No exceptions.
EARLY DROP-OFF POLICY

We offer up to one hour early drop-off.
Monday – Friday as early as 6:00 AM, and on Saturday as early as 8:00 AM.
Fee for early drop-off is $20.00 in addition to daily rate.
