ENROLLMENT

*AT THIS TIME, WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING ENROLLMENTS FOR DOGS UNDER 40 LBS. IF YOUR PUP IS OVER THIS WEIGHT, CHECK BACK IN A FEW WEEKS.

REQUIREMENTS

βœ“ ALL dogs are required to wear a quick release collar. No pinch or training collars, and enter and leave the facility on leash.

βœ“ Dogs must be fully vaccinated (Rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, Influenza) and have a clean fecal plus Giardia test. We offer a 5-day grace period on expired vaccines / fecal tests. It is your responsibility to get us your pup’s updated records. You can bring in paperwork from your vet or email it over. Influenza vaccines is a two part shot, the first shot is fine to get started with us.

βœ“ Your vet will schedule the booster shot 2-3 weeks out.

βœ“ Dogs must be spayed or neutered if over 7 months old.

βœ“ Dogs between the ages of 4 months – 7 months old, your requirements are the same as above; however, you do receive a different set of influenza vaccines and your pup doesn’t need to be spayed or neutered until 7 months.

βœ“ All dogs must be on flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives. NO FLEA COLLARS. To help ensure all dogs are safe from fleas and ticks. One flea outbreak and we have to close down and clean!

βœ“ All dogs must pass a behavioral test.

AGREEMENTS

βœ“ My dog will wear a quick release collar and enter and leave the facility on leash.

βœ“ I will respect drop-off and pick-up times and will call if I’m running late.

βœ“ I will inform the daycare team of any behavioral or health changes.

βœ“ I will complete all overnight stay forms for my pup(s) before drop-off.

βœ“ Any medication will be clearly labeled with dog’s name, breed, and instructions.

βœ“ To help ensure all dogs are safe from fleas and ticks, I agree to staying on top of flea and tick preventatives. (One flea outbreak and we have to close down and clean!).

βœ“ If my dog is showing signs of kennel cough or has been around a dog that has been coughing, I will let daycare know and will check in with my vet. Dogs are required to complete antibiotics and get clearance from their vet before returning to daycare. (Signs of kennel cough: dry hack, coughing – you’ll hear this when on leash while eating and drinking. Kennel cough is tricky! The cough comes and goes).
